ABSTRACT Increasing the efficiency of solar dryers with ensuring that system remains accessible to all users can be achieved their automation through low-cost and easy-to-use technique sensors. The objective was develop, implement evaluate an automatic for monitoring drying parameters in a hybrid solar-electric dryer (HSED). Initially, automated data acquisition collecting sample mass, air temperature, relative humidity developed installed. mass calibrated dryer. validated by comparing it conventional devices measuring under study. obtained were subjected analysis variance, Tukey test linear regression at p ≤ 0.05. turn on/off exhaust worked efficiently, helping reduce errors related measurement. GERAR Mobile App showed easy used since has intuitive icons compatibility most operating systems mobile devices. responses communication via Bluetooth fast. use Arduino, microcontroller, automate activity allowed estimating product temperature DHT22. This sensor good correlation readings between system, but low humidity. In general, monitored real time agricultural products HSED.
